Shipping policy

Port Diesel strives to provide the quickest turn around on your online orders.  

For in stock orders placed Monday-Friday before 2:30PM EST orders will ship out the same day payment is received.

For backordered items orders will ship out the day the items are received.  For backordered items Port Diesel will keep you as informed as we can regarding estimated shipping dates. Please understand that these timelines are often an estimate and items can arrive ahead or behind schedule. We will be transparent throughout the process.

If you have issues with a shipment once the order has shipped please reach out to us and we will help as best as we can with the shipping provider.  Port Diesel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they leave our facility. 

Please note if your order is returned to us due to an error in shipping address you provided you will be expected to pay shipping again to have the order shipped a second time.  If the error is made by Port Diesel or the shipping provided we will be sure to get the order to you as quickly as we can.
